Here at the Hot Hits we love a good ridiculous rumour – and it would seem that they don’t come more ridiculous then this!

The latest is that Kristen has set her sights on Sean Penn in order to get back at ex Robert Pattinson.

K-Stew + R-Patz split up in May (2013) after failing to move on from Kristen’s cheating scandal with married director Rupert Sanders back in 2012.

While linked to a few girls since the split, sources are claiming that he has finally moved on with actress Dylan Penn, also known as Sean’s daughter, after the pair were spotted getting cosy at The Viper Room in LA.

Now sources are claiming that Kristen has set her sights on Sean, who directed her in Into The Wild in 2007, as a way to get Rob’s attention.

"Kristen finds Sean attractive, but her friends believe arranging dinner with him could simply be a plot to get Rob's attention," an insider told British magazine Closer.

Nicole Kidman Says She Is Ready To Take On Robert Pattinson's Twilight Fans!

"She wants to make Rob jealous and get back at him, especially as Sean's a proper star and Dylan isn't. Being close to Sean will also mean she can keep tabs on Robert and his romance with Dylan."

Ridiculous no?
