Amanda Bynes: 'I Was Sexually Harassed During Arrest, Cop Slapped My Vagina'

Last year

More news in the wild and crazy world of Amanda Bynes – with the star taking to Twitter.com over the weekend to deny claims of drug possension and make some of her own accusations against her arresting officer!

According to Amanda she was sexually harassed by the police officer who arrested her for allegedly throwing a bong out the window of her New York apartment.

Bynes appeared in a New York court on Friday and denied charges of throwing the bong and marijuana possession.

The next day the 27-year-old took to Twitter saying the charges were "all lies" and a "creepy" police officer had behaved inappropriately with her.

Amanda Bynes Reportedly Arrested After Throwing A Bong Out Of A Window

The post in its entirety reads:

“Don't believe the reports about me being arrested. It's all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn't let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That's why the judge let me go. Don't believe any reports.”

The NYPD has opened an investigation into Bynes' allegations, but a source said the building manager who witnessed the arrest saw no evidence to support the actress's account according to the New York Daily News.

Later that day Bynes reportedly got into an argument with a photographer outside her apartment building in Times Square.

"You can't touch me, is it the ugly black man. There's another ugly black man," Bynes was quoted as saying by the Daily News after a photographer tried to forcibly remove the scarf Amanda had draped around her head to shield her face.

When the photographer asked if Bynes was racist, she said: "It's just your face, it's not a black thing - there's another white one."

On Friday Bynes appeared in court wearing a large blonde wig and grey tracksuit pants.

Her lawyer Andrew Friedman denied the charges, saying police failed to find the alleged bong.

The actress was ordered to reappear in court on July 9.

We really hope this is the start of Amanda getting the help she obviously needs.
