Channel Nine Saves Australia's Got Talent

Australia’s Got Talent will be back in 2013 – but this time it will be on Channel Nine!

The long running reality show was axed by Channel Seven yesterday, but it seems that Channel Nin still sees something special in the high profile talent quest.

According to The Age Channel Nine will invest more money in the show, and increase the production values to make it as amazing as The Voice.

Funnily enough, the reason that AGT performed so badly in the ratings this year is because it was up against The Voice – but that’s not going to be a problem anymore.

No word on who the new judges will be, and it seems unlikely that Dannii Minogue, Kyle Sandilands or Brian McFadden will be involved.

Famous former AGT contestants include Justice Crew, Timomatic and Jack Vidgen.
