The MTV VMAs have wrapped up in Los Angeles, but there was one big name missing from the ceremony -- Justin Bieber.

Luckily for you, our own Renee Peterson hit the red carpet and managed to track down Justin's manager Scooter Braun!

So where was Justin?

"At rehearsal for the Believe Tour," Scooter told thehothits.com.

And Renee also asked Scooter when Justin will be heading back to Australia.

"We're actually planning to be there next summer on the Believe Tour," Scooter told us.

Scooter also told us that Carlly Rae Jepsen really enjoyed her time in Australia, and that he is so excited to be part of Korean rapper Psy's rise to fame in America.
