According to PerezHilton.com, "a video has surfaced on the net depicting a young woman who bears a STRIKING resemblance to Carly Rae Jepsen having all sorts of intimate time with a gentleman caller!"

Katy Perry's song 'E.T.' can apparently be heard playing in the background, and Perez included a few blurry screenshots from the tape that show a girl with a fringe... who could pretty much be anyone.

Carly took to Twitter to put a stop to the rumours, stating once and for all that it is not her in the tape.

She tweeted, "Crazy morning. Discovered that someone put up a sex tape claiming to be me. Ridiculous. Obviously not me."

We can't all be Kim Kardashian/Paris Hilton -- not everyone wants to get famous via a sex tape.
