One Direction's Zayn Malik has found a use for some of the money that the band are making at the moment -- his first home!

Zayn may only be 19 years old, but thanks to the incredible success of One Direction in the last two years, he was able to splash out a massive $3 million on his first home!

The six-bedroom property is in the U.K. capital's upmarket Hyver Hill area, and also boasts its own pool.

A source told The Sun, "Zayn is trying to be smart with his money by putting it into bricks and mortar. He fell in love with the house. The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool. He's already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town."
