It would seem that Lady Gaga has found her oldest fan -- in Auckland, New Zealand!

While touring Born This Way, Lady Gaga took time to stop her show to point out the elderly man, aged 78 and his lady-friend, and compliment him on his wardrobe at Friday's show (8 June).

While a camera focused on the couple, Lady Gaga said, "While you're sitting, I just want to let you know that I think you're lovely."

"And I think you should take this opportunity to show that fabulous new sweater that you have on, and those jeans and celebrate yourself tonight."

While his female companion looked embarrassed by the attention, the gentleman smiled away -- clearly loving the attention from Mother Monster!
