Well it sounds like Biebs is mixing things up for the Believe Tour -- he will be giving away OLLG tickets with copies of his album 'Believe'.

Justin tweeted today, "love the #buyouts . we are doing GOLDEN TICKETS again too. OLLG tickets also."
