Beyonce hasn't given birth just yet -- the singer was spotted out and about in New York on the weekend sporting a very large baby bump.

Rumours circulated on Friday that the star had been admitted to St Luke's Roosevelt Hospital to give birth to her and Jay-Z's first child, but it seems it was nothing but unconfirmed gossip.

Beyonce and husband Jay-Z were spotted having dinner on New Year's Eve at Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn -- with the heavily pregnant star even wearing a pair of sky high heels!

"She was definitely a pregnant lady that night," an onlooker told People magazine. "They sat side by side and had a cozy and intimate dinner. They seemed to be having a lovely time."

"She looked amazing. She wore sky-high heels. It was really impressive for an enormously pregnant woman," adds the source. "She looked like she was about to give birth."

Her sister Solange also dismissed the birth rumours, tweeting, "Shout out to my sister for being THE cutest pregnant woman ever!"

Beyonce is due any day now! We can't wait to see the first pictures of her baby.
