Ricki-Lee Coulter, Shannon Noll and X Factor star Johnny Ruffo are hitting the streets before Christmas to raise money for charity!

The Aussie music sensations will be busking in some of Australia's busiest shopping areas as part of the Optus 'Celebrity Carols' initiative to raise money for the Kids Helpline, The Smith Family and World Vision.

The stars will entertain the public with some classic Christmas carols, as well as a few of their own hits.

And Optus will be matching every dollar raised, making this an incredible way to catch one of your favourite artists performing while helping to raise money for charity.

Ricki-Lee said, "While Christmas is a joyous time for so many, it's easy to forget that there are those who don't have it quite as easy. Charities like Kids Helpline and The Smith Family offer a much needed helping hand during the holidays, and it's important that at times like this we all come together to help those who aren't as fortunate as ourselves. I can't wait to hit the streets, get Australia singing and raise some money."
