Embattled star Charlie Sheen has finally admitted that he was "absolutely" out of control during his bizarre rampage early this year.
Sheen's fall from grace began when he trashed a hotel room in New York looking for a missing watch and his hospitalisation following an all-night party.
He was then fired from his smash hit show Two and a Half Men in March after starting a very public feud with the show's producers and creator Chuck Lorre.
Things then escalated as Sheen blasted TV executives and his co-stars online, lost custody of his twin sons, staged a one man show and sprouted weird slogans by insisting he was pumped with "tiger blood" and was "winning".
On US programme 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' on Thursday (15 September) Sheen described the intense period to the host saying, "It was like a runaway train that I was kind of the reluctant conductor of. And it just kept going."
When asked by the host if he had been out of control, Sheen responded "Absolutely" before adding "I can't (do it again) Jay. I don't have the energy. I'm out of slogans."
