Nicole Richie's Home From Hospital After Pneumonia

Nicole Richie is back home after being hospitalized last week with a bout of pneumonia.

Her man Joel posted on his Good Charlotte website to let fans know she's ok.

"Don't worry," he wrote. "All is well and we are home with no problems."

Joel and his brother Benji have just returned home from their visit to Australia where they played mentors and guest hosts on Australian Idol and co-hosted the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.

Joel said he basically went straight to the hospital when he got home!

"...basically went straight to the hospital for the week... Family first."

Now that Nicole is home and healthy Joel says it's back to the studio to continue work on the new Good Charlotte album planned for release early 2010.
