Miley Cyrus the Homewrecker: Liam Hemsworth's Aussie Girlfriend Speaks Out!

Uh-oh, Miley Cyrus has ruffled some feathers with her latest steamy romance, particularly with a young Aussie girl called Laura Griffin!
As we told you a week and a half ago, Miley's kissing scenes with her co-star from 'The Last Song', Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth went from on-screen to offscreen after they were busted making out at the airport!
We thought Miley's new romance with the new hottie was suuuuper cute - until we found out Liam has a girlfriend back home in Australia!
Now Liam's ex-girlfriend Laura Griffin is speaking out, telling The Woman's Day her and Liam would still have been together if Miley the homewrecker hadn't stepped in!

"He was my boyfriend and my best friend. There is no other reason why we would have broken up," says Laura, who went out with Liam for 5 years.
She also took to her Facebook page for a rant, saying: "Liam and I have been inseparable since school. But it's Miley Cyrus. How can I compete?"
Hmmm, she has a point. Poor thing! :(
Since she found out her boyfriend had dumped her for Miley, 16, Laura, 19, has said on Facebook she's suffering from "total utter regret", that she's suffering "depression of some sort", and that she has "tears streaming".

Liam and Laura's paths first crossed in Year Eight at school on Phillip Island. Liam's parents had relocated their three boys, Luke, Chris and Liam, from Melbourne.
"He was the new boy at school and all the girls liked him," smiles Laura. "He was popular, a bit of a joker and made me laugh."

Just a year later, their friendship blossomed into real love. "We became inseparable. He tried to teach me to surf, we watched movies, and went shopping. Liam became more than a boyfriend, he was my best friend."

A witness at the time of Miley's well-documented airport hook-up with Liam says Miley "jumped into his arms and threw her arms around his neck and kissed him and leaned back and he was dipping her."
Miley tweeted recently "Against all odds I fell in love", indicating she was head over heels for Liam, but since then things seem to have taken a worse, with Miley tweeting a bunch of angsty messages, such as "Most people never find love. - Ryan Adams".
Who knows what the next chapter in this story will be??

it's both their fault. Miley AND Liam. Miley for knowing that he had a girlfriend and still went along with it and Liam for agreeing that they should have a relationship and not stopping it when he knows he's already got a girlfriend.

Both of them are to blame... Liam already had a girlfriend so he should have made sure they were just friends, and if Miley knew he had a girlfriend then she should have stayed away. I hope Liam's happy with his decision, he's lost a girlfriend who was also a best friend which is pretty rare.. and there's no going back now. I know how that would feel because my boyfriend is my best friend and if I lost him because of some disney star I don't know what I'd do.... I don't have anything against Miley by the way, but she should have known better.

so Liam fell in love with Miley. people change. it happens. and for all we know, Miley and Liam could not be dating. it could all be stupid tabloid rumours and there could be no strain of truth to it. get over it people. if they're together then its their own business. If they're not, then everything is ok. and the fact that this girl is blabbing to the tabloids about it, it sounds like she's just an attention seeker. If your boyfriend broke up with you, then would you go out and tell the whole world? no i think not. if she was in love with him like she claims to be, then she would not be telling the world of this and she would take to grieving and moving on out of the spotlight.
