Miss California's Nude Photo Scandal!

The scandalous Carrie Prejean, aka Miss California, has made headlines AGAIN, this time not for her offensive homophobic remarks, but for a topless photo that has emerged on the internet!

Website TheDirty.com published this photo at the start of the week showing Carrie posing seductively wearing nothing but undies!

Carrie attempted to claim she was a minor when the pic was taken, but evidence has come out since that says she WAS 18 when the photo was taken.

"I am a Christian, and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos."

Err yeah, but Miss California pageant rules state that she must NOT be photographer "in a state of partial or total nudity."

It has also recently been revealed that the Miss California pageant paid for Carrie Prejean's breast implants so as, according to them, to "put her in the best possible confidence in order to present herself in the best possible light on a national stage."

Miss Prejean's first taste of scandal happened last month when, as the Miss California representative at the Miss USA pageant, she was asked about her feelings on same sex marriage, to which she replied that she was against gay marriage.

Perez Hilton responded later by labeling her "a dumb b**ch."
