Pamela Anderson gave Playboy founder Hugh Hefner a birthday present he wasn't expecting yesterday, by delivering his birthday cake fully naked!
Pam has featured on the cover of Playboy Magazine an amazing 12 times, and was at her trashiest for Hefner's 82nd birthday.
Also at the party was Hugh's three girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson, who laughed on as Pam brought out the cake.
