Nat Quits Rogue Traders!

Former 'Neighbours' star, 'So You Think You Can Dance' host and popstar Natalie Bassingthwaighte has quit her gig as singing siren for the Rogue Traders due to other commitments, it was announced via their website yesterday.
Sources tell me that there is no ill will in the Rogue Traders camp and that they wish her all the best. Nat's growing movie commitments were simply taking up too much time.
But according to 'The Daily Telegraph' it's not movies at all that she will be moving on to, but a solo music career. Uh-oh!
The Rogue Traders have been around since 2002 but it wasn't until Nat joined in 2005 that they managed to crack the mainstream with their chart topping hit single 'Voodoo Child' and album 'Here Come the Drums'.
As for her solo career, Nat isn't giving up any details. "I want people to be surprised."
As well as that, Natalie moved to L.A last month to pursue her acting dreams. Her boyfriend, Rogies drummer Cameron McGlinchey is rumoured to be leaving the band with Natalie as well. Aww!

its annyoing when the lead singer quiets the band and does a solo thing i think its a bit selfish but most of the time they do really bad by themseleves but anyway

OMG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! She is the one person i adore in dat band. Haha. NOO! Well i wish her all the best. Geez, shes had a great carrer, hosting SYTYCD, writing a book with her sister, singing, going on neighbours..the list goes on. OMG...haha...yer, i saw her sing live too...@ the cricket. Shez awsum. I was standing lyk 5 steps aways from her!! I WAS LIKE OMGGG!! Wel, i wish her the best. Shez got alot of talent. x

Rogue Traders are pretty cool, but since the front person is leaving, it's nothing anymore. It's like, if Pete left Fall Out Boy, there'd be a big hole left in the band.
