Avril Lavigne Officially Files for Divorce Following Deryck Whibley Split

Avril Lavigne has filed for divorce, ending her three-year marriage to Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley.The singer has cited the good ol' "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind her split.
In the documents, Lavigne reveals the couple separated on 4 September. That was two weeks before the official announcement on her website. Interesting!
Confirming the split at the time, she said wrote, "I admire Deryck and have a great amount of respect for him. He is the most amazing person I know and I love him with all my heart. Deryck and I are separating and moving forward on a positive note."

deryck sux big time,, iam glad avril finally decided 2 divorce him he is a loser and avril is a huge star and can do way better go avril u rock
