The Disney kids are soooo hot right now - but maybe it's got more to do with their knack at grabbing headlines than their talent? These days you can't go an hour without seeing another Disney star getting into trouble, so we're counting down the top 'lucky number 13' Disney scandals of the decade!

13. Ryan Gosling Mickey Mouse Club Sex Ed
Before he was the hunky star in 'The Notebook', actor Ryan Gosling was a star of 'The Mickey Mouse Club' as well as other Disney stars, Britney, Christina and others. In 2008 he claimed to have sown the seeds of Britney and Christina Aguilera's sexy personas by giving them some free advice. "I just told them what I heard, positions and stuff," he confessed "Disney had a meeting with me, and they were like, 'You're not Disney material. We're gonna kick you off the show if you say anything sexual again. I'm f***ing 12! All I care about is sex! How can I not talk about it? I don't know what they expected."



12. Justin Timberlake Busts Britney Spears Virginity Myth
Like most Disney stars, Britney Spears boasted to the media for years that she was going to remain a virgin until she got married. But Justin Timberlake begged to disgree! Justin blew open Britney's lie a year after the pair, who met as co-stars of 'The Mickey Mouse Club' when they were kids, broke up. "She lost her virginity a while ago - and I should know," Justin told a reporter. An ex-employee also admitted in a tell-all that Britney lost her virginity at 14 to boyfriend Reg Jones. 14?!?!

11. Miley Cyrus's Leaked Photos
Miley's Blackberry got hacked and photos were getting leaked every few months. Lowlights included the wet t-shirt shower photo, the one where she wore the 'Nick' necklace for her BF at the time Nick Jonas, the bra exposure and the ones with her snuggling up to some random dude. The moral of the story - do not let Miley anywhere near a camera or a phone!

10. Britney Spears Rolling Stone Lolita Photos
Before Miley's controversy, 17 year old Britney Spears was the original scandal-maker when she shot her first ever magazine cover, which was for Rolling Stone, posing in a bra and undies, lying on satin sheets while holding a Tellytubby.
"''Let's push it further and do this whole Lolita thing.' She got it. She knew it would get people talking and excited," says photographer David LaChapelle. The photo caused a massive stir with the religious community and the media.

9. Lindsay Lohan versus Hilary Duff!
Remember Aaron Carter? He's Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys' little bro who was once a 13 year old fresh-faced teen popstar who had both Hilary Duff AND Lindsay Lohan vying for his attention! As the story goes, Aaron was dating Hilary for a year and a half, then got bored of her and started going out with Lindsay, then got back with Hilary. According to Aaron: "Then I ended up cheating on Hilary with her best friend...She wasn't even that good looking either." Great guy!!! In 2005 Lindsay tried to make up with Hil-dizzle, "I called her last week, and I was like, 'Do you wanna hang out?' And her sister hung up the phone on me!" Friendship over.

8.Team Demi and Selena Vs. Team Miley and Mandy
ZOMG Disney catfight!!! Miley and her BFF/Youtube video making friend Mandy Jiroux started up a full on FEUD with Disney Stars Selena Gomez and her BFF Demi Lovato (they met on the set of 'Barney and Friends' when they were kids FYI) when they made a video poking fun at one of the videos the other girls had made, and they were like totally pissed off. But later they all said they loved each other and they were BFF. They were said to be feuding coz Selena was dating Nick Jonas, who is Miley's ex. Phew!



7.Adrienne Bailon Nude Photos
Adrienne who??! Exactly. 'Cheetah Girls' star Adrienna Baillon was EVERYWHERE after pictures hit the net of her posing seductively in lingerie in November 2008. She claimed her laptop had been stolen and with it, racy photos of her she took for her boyfriend Ray Kardashian (Kim Kardashian's bro!) and she would sue the pants off the person that leaked them. Later, her publicist claimed it was all her idea. He had been fired after she freaked out about the scandal. Ray and Adrienne broke up in January 2009.



6. Vanessa Hudgens Nude Photos
High School Musical cutie Vanessa Hudgens caused a big fuss when NUDE photos of her popped up on the internetz in September 2007. Vanessa admitted it was her and said she was really embarassed. Disney were not impressed. "Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment. We hope she's learned a valuable lesson," said a Disney rep. Rumour has it that 'Drake and Josh' star Drake Bell was originally sent the photos by Baby V, however another rumour is that her current boyf Zac Efron and High School co-star took the pics!

5. Lindsay Lohan Everything
Like a true Disney star, Lindsay Lohan went from the cute freckled redhead you saw in The Parent Trap to a full on hot mess trainwreck! Over the last decade she's had countless no underpants paparazzi crotch shots, been caught drink driving and under the influence of drugs, been arrested and had a (now not so) secret lesbian romance. It was fun for a while, but now day by day it seems like the chances of a legitimate career for her are over.

4. Ashley Tisdale Nose Job
High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has shocked fans all around the world by revealing she got a nose job - but she claims it was for "medical purposes". Yeah, right! Apparently 23 year old Ash went under the knife in late 2007 to correct a deviated septum in her nose that she has had since she was a child. But to anyone else, the difference in her noses was very noticeable!

3. Joe Jonas/Taylor Swift 25 Second Break-Up Call
Oh My Jonas! Those Jo-Bros sure are heartbreakers and one of their victims was country music sweetheart Taylor Swift! Tay and Joe Jonas had an under-the-radar relationship that neither of them admitted to until Joe unceremoniously dumped Taylor for the star of Jo-Bros 'Lovebug' music video star Camilla Belle. So Taylor got back at him by bitching to Ellen DeGeners on her talk show. "One day...I won't be able to remember the boy that broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18." Camilla and Joe are said to still be going strong!

2. Annie Leibowitz Semi-Nude Photos Of Miley Cyrus
Miley had the media and every man and his dog going LOCO after her 'Vanity Fair' cover hit newstands! The photo, which was snapped by legendary photo-lady Annie Leibovitz, showed Miley posing topless with just a bedsheet covering her front. Disney and Miley's peeps claimed that Annie took advantage of Miley and a debate raged over whether the picture was tacky or artistic.



1. Britney's Breakdown
In late 2006, things changed for Britney Spears. Once a bubble-gum Disney pop princess, she'd just given birth to her second child and filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline. In the following months the public watched on as Britney went through a mental breakdown in full view of the prying eyes of the paparazzi and basically everyone in the world. Lowlights included the head shaving incident, all the no underpants incidences, commitment to a psychiatric ward and of course that terrible performance at the VMAs. Luckily though, Britney seems to be pretty good these days - she killed it on her recent 'Circus Tour'!
