Justin Timberlake Wins Restraining Order Against Serial House Invader!

An LA judge has granted pop superstar Justin Timberlake a restraining order against a unwanted visitor to his house.

The 'Sexy Back' singer's lawyers claim that Karen McNeil has been showing up at JT's Hollywood home unexpectedly on several occasions and has refused to leave. They refer to her as an "obsessed mentally unstable celebrity stalker".

Reports obtained by TMZ.com claim that McNeil was arrested on the star's property last Thursday (22nd Oct 09).

It was then reported that she was later taken to a psychiatric evaluation, and later released.

It's not the first time McNeil has arrived on a celeb's doorstep. She's also previously been banned from getting close to Guns N' Roses front man Axl Rose. She once claimed to be Rose's wife and was later sentenced to year in prison after repeatedly disobeying a court order banning her from coming within 300 yards of the rocker's property.
