Dannii Drives Up Mercedes Sales

Dannii Minogue has gone upmarket, the younger of the Minogue sisters has scored a plum job talking up German car Mercedes Benz. Dannii will be paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to be the spokesperson for Mercedes in the UK. One of her main jobs is to star opposite UK celebrity Max Beesley in a 12-minute advertisement for cinemas. A shorter version of the lengthy commercial will be shown on British TV screens. A company insider says, "The ad is a really, sexy, dark thriller with an incredible car chase that's costing millions to make. "Mercedes are convinced Dannii's the perfect person to increase sales of their luxury cars." Yes, but does she get to keep one.
