Madonna's Getting Sued By Her Neighbour For Noise Levels!

Seems like Madonna's enjoying the success of her greatest hits release 'Celebration' a little too much! The Queen of Pop's neighbour, Karen George is taking Madge to the cleaners claiming the superstar's loud music and frequent dance sessions are breaching local noise levels.

George, who lives above Madonna, said in a lawsuit filed against the building's co-op board that the star is using her apartment as a rehearsal studio, forcing neighbours to endure "blaring music, stomping and shaking walls," for up to three hours each day.

She then continued to complain about "unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music" and vibrations pouring through walls, ceilings and radiators.

Apparently the building's board has already threatened to evict Madonna on several occasions for similar breaches.
