Timbaland Stumps Organisers/Record Label with No Show

More details are emerging about Timbaland's last minute tour cancellation - or less details, depending on which way you look at it!According to his record label Universal, they have no idea what he is doing but had to issue a statement due to the fact that neither they nor the touring company 'Showtime' could get in touch with him at all.
When contacted by thehothits.com for comment, here's what our contact at Universal had to say:
"Universal Music Australia has issued a statement saying Timbaland will not be coming, however, he has still made no contact with the promoters to confirm or deny this statement. He was however due to land in Australia today and has not come, or made contact with the promoters. Showtime Touring hope to have some clarity and be able to give fans further news shortly. From the lack of communication on Timbaland's behalf, it appears the shows are unlikely to proceed and refunds are available from place or purchase."
We had initially suspected that the no show might have had something to do with the organisation of the tour. It's shocking to think that Timbaland has such little respect for his fans.
