Kelly Rowland on Oz: "I Smelt Like Eucalyptus and Urine!"

thehothits.com exclusive!Kelly Rowland has a soft spot for small, cuddly animals but as she told us this week, our local furry ones aren't as cute as they may seem!
Kelly said that despite using the only day off her label gave her to chill out and take a rest so that she was ready for her heavy interview schedule, she did get a chance to meet some of our local creatures last time she was here.
"One of my last trips I got a chance to go to the zoo. I held a baby kangaroo. It was just born like maybe a couple of days before. And I carried it around the whole park. It was so nice and it was so cuuuuute. Then they took the kangaroo away from me and gave me a koala bear," she told us.
And that's when things turned ugly!
"So I held the koala bear [laughs] and the koala bear peed all over me. I smelt like eucalyptus and urine."
But she didn't hold it against the smelly koala.
"It was so cute coz he kind of just looked up at me like 'I'm so sorry, but where else I'm going to go?'"
Awww! She was so nice - and didn't even mind that our lift was broken and she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. No diva behaviour here!
